This shipping and delivery policy is part of our terms and conditions (“Terms”) And should be therefore read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

Please carefully review our shipping and delivery policy when purchasing our products. The policy will apply to any order you placed with us.


How long is the average order processing time?

Stitch Markers and Progress Keepers:

Due to the fact that most stitch markers sold by Knits In by Denine LLC are handmade, customers should expect a 1-3 day processing time prior to order shipment. Customers will be notified via the method of communication chosen at checkout when their order has shipped.



Our Stitch Marker Bowls & Dishes:


Due to the nature of how our handcrafted stitch marker bowls and dishes are created, in most cases expect a processing period of 5-7 days.


What are my shipping and delivery options?

Free shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on domestic (continental US) orders over $30.

Domestic (US) customers may choose to have orders shipped via:

  • *The price of shipping is calculated based on product weight and customer location. The speed of shipping will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

    International (Worldwide) customers may choose to have orders shipped via*:

  • Priority Mail Express International
  • Priority Mail International


  • *The price of shipping is calculated based on product weight and customer location. The speed of shipping will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

    If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

    For EU and UK customers: this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery time to reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.     If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
